Hoss Sentenced to Eight Years In Prison - October 26, 2012
U.S. District Judge tells Todd Allan Hoss his victims "didn’t sign up to be sacrificed on the altar of your greed" during sentencing after being convicted of fraud. Final Decision and Order Entered Against Todd Allan Hoss - March 09, 2012
On March 9, 2012, the Director of the Department of Financial Institutions entered a Final Decision and Order against Todd Allan Hoss. The Final Decision found that Hoss had violated the registration and anti-fraud provisions of the Securities Act of Washington. The Final Decision affirmed the revocation of exemptions available to Respondent under RCW 21.20.320(1), (5), (8), (9), (11) and (17). The Final Decision revoked the securities salesperson registration of Hoss and orders a fine of $100,000. Hoss has the right to file a petition for reconsideration or to request judicial review. -

On October 14, 2009, an order granting a preliminary injunction was issued in King County Superior Court against Todd Allan Hoss and others, prohibiting them from distributing or otherwise disposing of assets or destroying records belonging to Hoss Mortgage Investors, Inc. until the receiver for Hoss Mortgage Investors, Inc. can take control of the company’s assets. -

On October 6, 2009, the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions obtained an order in King County Superior Court appointing a receiver for Hoss Mortgage Investors, Inc. The receiver is charged with gathering the assets of the company, making an accounting to the Court, and disbursing funds and assets as appropriate. -

The State alleged in a complaint filed with the Court on September 15, 2009 that Hoss Mortgage Investors, Inc. and Todd Allan Hoss, the president and sole shareholder of the company, violated the State securities anti-fraud and registration laws and that Hoss Mortgage Investors, Inc. is insolvent. -
