Not Licensed To Provide Payday Loans Via The Internet To Washington Residents

The Washington State Department of Financial Institutions is warning consumers to verify the license of any lending professional with which they are considering doing business. You can verify a license with the Washington Department of Financial Institutions online at www.dfi.wa.gov or by calling 1-877-RING DFI (1-877-746-4334).

Sandpoint Capital and Clearwater Bay Marketing provide payday loans to consumers via the internet.

The company is not licensed by the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions. The company is not registered to do business in Washington by either the Department of Revenue or the Washington Secretary of State.

Washington State law requires all payday loan companies making payday loans to Washington residents be licensed by the Department of Financial Institutions, including those making loans via the internet.
