Signing Day
Signing day is when you meet to sign the paperwork associated with your loan. It is very important to check over the documents and make sure you understand what those documents contain. Once you've signed, you are obligated to follow the conditions outlined in your loan.
Before signing day, call your Escrow Agent and ask for copies of the loan documents to review. Check the closing costs and ensure they are what you expected. Before you leave the signing, get copies of all that you signed.Signing Day Subjects:
