March 6-12, 2011 is National Consumer Protection Week. National Consumer Protection Week is a coordinated campaign that encourages consumers nationwide to take full advantage of their consumer rights and make better-informed decisions. File A Complaint
If you have a complaint against a financial institution or individual operating in Washington State, you can file a complaint with us. -
Sign Up for Consumer Alerts
If we spot a financial scam that is targeting Washington residents, we alert the public about it by issuing a consumer alert. Sign up to have consumer alerts delivered directly to your email inbox. -
Contact A Mortgage Counselor
If you are having trouble making your monthly mortgage payment, we can connect you to HUD certified mortgage counselors that can be of assistance to you. Call 1.877.894.HOME to speak with a counselor or visit our mortgage assistance website www.homeownership.wa.gov. -
Free Financial Education Information and Publications
