Rule Amendments Effective December 21, 2007
On Friday, December 21, 2007, the rule amendments to the Check Cashers & Seller law, chapter 208-630 RCW become effective. View rule amendments.
Please carefully review the rule amendments and make the necessary changes to your business operations.
DFI understands that implementation of several rules requiring new operations may take some time. Efforts to become compliant will be considered if violations of the new rules are found during the first half of 2008.
