Your Law

It may be a wise idea to add the law relating to Check Cashers and Sellers to your favorites on your computer. Having the law a click or two away makes it easy to look up when you have a question. The law can be found at:

Laws are passed by the legislature and signed by the governor. Rules written in support of the law are developed by state agencies charged with implementation of the law. Rules are developed and approved through a process that includes public review and comment prior to adoption.
