Escrow Agent No Action Letters
DFI has issued a number of "no action" letters to attorneys and law firms in Washington who conduct escrow transactions as part of real estate closing or other legal services. No action letters are individual determinations based on specific circumstances presented by an attorney or law firm, and are contingent on those representations. They have no effect or precedential value for similarly situated persons.
