Consumer Services ListServs
To help improve communication with those we license, the Division of Consumer Services has set up email ListServs for each of its regulated industries.
We encourage all individuals and companies licensed by the Division of Consumer Services, as well as other interested parties, to subscribe to their industry's ListServ.
What is a ListServ?
A ListServ is a free automated electronic email distribution list for people interested in receiving information about a certain topic or specific area of interest.
How will DFI use these ListServs
DFI will use the ListServs to communicate with its licensees and other interested parties. Subscribers will receive periodic email from DFI containing information such as Newsletters, Interpretive and Policy Statements, Rulemaking notices, Industry Meeting Notices, and other communications.
Can I use the ListServs to contact DFI or other subscribers?
No. The Division of Consumer Services’ ListServs are one-way communication systems. Subscribers cannot see any information about the other email recipients, post messages to the ListServ, or reply to DFI using the ListServ. Only DFI staff are able to post to the ListServs.
