Now That Renewals Are Over
Thank you to all our Escrow Agents for a job well done!
Even with the changes that were made to the renewal process, such as new trust account forms renewals went smoothly. If you have any ideas on how to make the process better please let us know via the newsletter survey process.
Just a reminder that Escrow Officer renewals are ongoing throughout the year, so make sure that you have a reminder set to get your Escrow Officer license renewed on time.
You can find your expiration date in the lower right hand corner of your license. This is very important as the time frame for reinstating the license has changed. Once the Escrow Officer license has expired you have only 60 days in which to reinstate it. Please see RCW 18.44-091 for more information on this.
