Authorized Delegate Reporting

When reporting your authorized delegate changes to DFI, don’t forget to use our new E-Commerce Authorized Delegate Reporting online system. The site, accessible from DFI’s website, allows you to report authorized delegate additions, deletions, changes and payment electronically. As of August, use of the online reporting system is required for licensees with 10 or more authorized delegates.

DFI is currently in the process of addressing an issue with the system regarding the cap of $5,000 in fees for authorized delegate additions per quarter. If you are close to exceeding the cap per quarter, please contact Dawn Woolery at Dawn.Woolery@dfi.wa.gov, who will work directly with you to avoid unnecessary payments and refunds.
