The Washington State Department of Financial Institutions has issued Interim Guidance granting licensees a 60-day grace period to file the Mortgage Call Report for the first quarter of 2024.
The new deadline to file the 2024 first quarter Mortgage Call Report is July 15, 2024. Licensees are encouraged to file accurately and timely.
Licensees should refer to the NMLS Resource Center to review the filing requirements for each type of business activity.
